We are looking for a warm, capable, and dependable Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.

Your Mission

To create an exceptional first impression at every interaction—whether welcoming a patient into our office, answering the phone, scheduling an appointment, or helping someone understand the next step in their care.

You will help ensure that each patient feels recognized, cared for, and confident that they have chosen the right practice.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Is genuinely friendly and enjoys helping people
  • Communicates professionally in person, by phone, and in writing

  • Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in following through
  • Is confident using computers and learning new technology
  • Has clerical, scheduling, customer-service, or medical-office experience
  • Has insurance experience, although this is a plus rather than a requirement
  • Remains calm and gracious in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Wants to learn, grow, and become a valued long-term member of a team

  • Service and kindness toward our patients and one another
