Graham Hart Home Builder is seeking an Estimator to create and manage material takeoffs for each home we build. In-house takeoffs drive accurate purchasing and smooth production, with monthly field visits to verify installation and guide contractors.
We value detail-oriented, analytical professionals who can read residential plans, perform framing and finish carpentry takeoffs, and collaborate with purchasing and field teams. 2–5 years preferred; construction management degree is a plus.
