High School Faculty at CCA advance and support CCA’s mission by modeling a mature Christian faith and demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence in curriculum and instruction. This role teaches Spanish I, Spanish II, Dual Credit Spanish III, and Dual Credit AP Spanish, partnering with students, families, and colleagues to provide rigorous, college level instruction grounded in a biblical worldview and aligned with dual credit academic standards.

The teacher designs and delivers a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and mastery of advanced foreign language content while preparing students for success in postsecondary study. Through both instruction and example, the teacher models wisdom and virtue, supports campus spiritual life, and practices servant leadership. Collaboration, organization, and excellent communication are essential components of the role.

• A mature and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ consistent with CCA’s Statement of Faith and an active member of a Bible believing church.
• Commitment to classical Christian education and Christ-centered student development.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 18 credit hours in Spanish to meet dual credit eligibility requirements.
• Five years prior experience in high school education or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistency and professionalism.
