Colleyville Heritage is seeking an engaging, dedicated, and student-centered individual to join our team of directors!
Qualifications- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a color guard director
- DCI and/or WGI experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in student recruitment and retention
- Knowledge of choreography, staging, and visual performance design
- Ability to teach and develop student skills through sequential instruction
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with band directors
- Availability for rehearsals outside the regular school day
- Participation in summer camps, all performances, and competitions
- Booster-supported position
- Collaborative team of directors and instructional staff
- World-class marching band design team
- Established tradition of competitive success
- 2025 WGI Regional Champion
- Dedicated guard class during the school day, with additional rehearsal opportunities outside of school hours
