The Director of Clinical Operations (RN) is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Colleyville, TX. This role oversees clinical operations for home care services, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and person‑centered care for aging adults across multiple settings. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, providing leadership and guidance to caregivers, coordinating care plans, and maintaining strong communication with clients, families, physicians, and community partners.

The Director will monitor clinical outcomes, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. This position also involves supporting nurse delegation processes, participating in quality improvement initiatives, managing documentation and reporting, and serving as a clinical resource and mentor for the care team.

• Demonstrated expertise in clinical operations and clinical development within home care or related healthcare settings.
• Experience with oncology, medicine, and complex care coordination, including collaboration with physicians and specialty providers.
• Background in clinical trials or research-informed practice is beneficial for integrating evidence‑based care approaches.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas and strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Proven leadership abilities, including staff supervision, training, and performance management in a clinical environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care.
• Experience in home care, hospice, senior living, or community-based care settings preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; advanced nursing or healthcare administration education is a plus.
