Barista – provide world‑class service to our customers, ensuring quality products, efficient service, and a clean, organized store while displaying a courteous attitude.

• Maintain mission focus and consistently pursue objectives for the company, store, and personal team members.
• Prepare quality beverages, retail items, and food products with attention to detail.
• Observe all standards related to recipes, product quality, and health and safety.
• Keep a clean, organized workstation and ensure all equipment is operational, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Anticipate customer needs based on cues and store environment, providing proactive service.
• Communicate productively with team and management; assist in training and acclimation of new team members.
• Act with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment to promote the company culture.
• Adhere to operational policies on cash handling, safety, and health regulations.
• Celebrate team and individual achievements, reinforcing morale and culture.
• Maintain a calm demeanor and customer‑first attitude at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years customer‑service experience preferred.
• Previous barista or server experience desirable.
• Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to gauge customer preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.

Part‑time. May require long hours, including weekends and nights. Regular attendance and quarter‑driven hours are expected based on business demands.

• Stand, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, rotate, and reach regularly.
• Operate mechanical/brewing equipment and devices.
• Close vision required for computer or equipment work.
• Light to moderate lifting.
• Work in confined spaces and sit/stand at a terminal for extended periods.
