SaaS Software Sales Representative

Service Fusion is a fast growing software startup with over 30 employees and over 1,400 customers. We offer field service management software that helps companies in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other similar field service industries operate their businesses more efficiently.

We listen hard, move fast, and always out‑service our competitors.

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic inside sales reps who want to contribute to our success story from the front lines of our business. As part of our team, you'll be contacting prospective customers to communicate the Service Fusion story and value proposition and to bring them "over the line" as Service Fusion customers.

• Respond to trial and demo requests submitted by prospective customers on our website
• Provide prospective customers with online demos of our product (3-4 per day)
• Tell the Service Fusion story and sell the Service Fusion value proposition
• Represent the Service Fusion company brand

• Sales experience is a big plus but not required
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs
• Focus and drive are paramount to success
