We are Orange theory Fitness Colleyville, owned and operated under a Franchise Agreement by Wood Fitness. We are the standout studio in the DFW metroplex being under a different ownership group from the other 36 studios.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumer
• Working at the front desk, answering phones and speaking with members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide first‑time guests through their first Orange theory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Salary information for this job is listed as a minimum starting hourly pay rate and is commensurate with proven experience. The total compensation for the job also has a commission component based on membership sales, which can substantially add to the total compensation package for the job.

Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orange theory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process. This job role also has a variable pay component above the hourly rate, which is commissions for membership and product sales. We also offer a competitive benefits package in addition to compensation, including vacation, insurance, 401(k), free unlimited membership, and others.
