Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant who will play a key role in our accounting team. The successful candidate will perform account analysis and reconciliations, assist in the month-end close process, and handle consolidated fixed asset reporting. This position requires maintaining bank and inter-company reconciliations, alongside performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

+ Perform account analysis and reconciliations.

+ Assist in month-end close processes.

+ Conduct consolidated fixed asset reporting.

+ Maintain bank reconciliations.

+ Maintain inter-company reconciliations.

+ Provide support in all accounting related areas as directed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in Accounting, Reconciliation, and Reporting.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.

+

Experience with ERP systems.

+ 2 years or more of experience in the Accounting/Finance field.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent discipline.

+ Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.

+ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at our corporate headquarters, working in a cubicle environment. You will be part of a dynamic team in a professional setting, utilizing the latest technologies and tools to support your accounting duties.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
