Staff Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant who will play a key role in our accounting team. The successful candidate will perform account analysis and reconciliations, assist in the month‑end close process, and handle consolidated fixed asset reporting. This position requires maintaining bank and inter‑company reconciliations, alongside performing other duties as assigned.

• Perform account analysis and reconciliations.
• Assist in month‑end close processes.
• Conduct consolidated fixed asset reporting.
• Maintain bank reconciliations.
• Maintain inter‑company reconciliations.
• Provide support in all accounting related areas as directed.

• Proficient in Accounting, Reconciliation, and Reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• 2 years or more of experience in the Accounting/Finance field.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent discipline.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

This position is fully onsite at our corporate headquarters, working in a cubicle environment. You will be part of a dynamic team in a professional setting, utilizing the latest technologies and tools to support your accounting duties.

Permanent position based out of Collierville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $55,000.00/yr.

The candidate will receive benefits to review as soon as they are offered a position.

This is a fully onsite position in Collierville, TN.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 19, 2026.
