Full-time—Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay range: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

• Process daily transactions including check and credit card deposits and reconcile cash sales accounting schedule.
• Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
• Track and report issues, maintaining notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report to support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with store operations and business managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist with accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Cross‑train and provide backup on the Title & Registration Specialist role.
• Meet performance standards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

• High school diploma preferred; high‑school graduate or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a dealership environment or processing car deals preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years and drug‑free workplace compliance.
