We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to lead and oversee the accounts payable operations in Collierville, Tennessee. This position requires a hands-on approach, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of full-cycle accounts payable while supervising a small team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain compliance and streamline financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Supervise and support a small team of accounts payable staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Ensure proper coding of accounts and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Utilize accounting software systems, such as ADP and Concur, to manage transactions and maintain records.
• Monitor accrual accounting practices and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Manage ACH payments and ensure accuracy in automated clearing house transactions.
• Analyze data and prepare reports related to accounts payable activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
