Accounting Director

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Quick Books Online, a strong background in payroll processing, and the ability to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently. This position requires someone who can oversee vendor payments and ensure smooth financial operations.

• Manage and maintain Quick Books Online with expert proficiency.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Process vendor payments and manage financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in Quick Books Online.
• Experience in payroll processing and financial management.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• CPA license is a big plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
