Digital Marketing Advisor

Under minimal supervision, plans and executes digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology and/or product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company’s product and service portfolio.

• Conducts market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs.
• Provides subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities.
• Maintains expertise on products and technologies through training and research and uses that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Digital Marketing Advisor serves as the product and commercial lead for the Sense Aware portfolio at Fed Ex, owning product strategy and commercialization. This role translates customer and market needs into product priorities and scalable sensor solutions, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external partners to drive product evolution and Sensors portoflio growth. The role also partners with Sales on customer opportunities, including solution positioning, product demonstrations, Test Drives, and articulating the value of the Sense Aware portfolio to customers.

• Experience in B2B product management and commercialization, preferably across technology, SaaS, IoT, sensors, logistics, supply chain, or other technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong product management experience spanning product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, product development, releases, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer needs, market opportunities, business value, and growth.
• Experience partnering with Sales and enterprise customers to understand customer needs, shape solutions, and support commercial opportunities through demos and Test Drives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities, develop business cases, define product KPIs, and make data-driven product and investment decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, customer engagement, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business discipline.

Five (5) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product marketing, management, or technology support. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

The preferred location for this hybrid position is Collierville,TN. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a Fed Ex campus will be required to work on-site at a Fed Ex location several times per week.
