Monday
- Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM

The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking a dependable Prepper Teacher to support our early preschool classroom. This role focuses on preparing children for structured preschool learning while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.

• Create a structured and engaging classroom environment
• Support early literacy, social, and cognitive development
• Implement daily lesson plans and classroom routines
• Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must meet Tennessee DHS background check requirements
• Completion of required state orientation and annual training hours
• Previous childcare experience or ECE coursework preferred

• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Positive and team oriented attitude
