Monday
- Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking strong and dependable Toddler Teachers to support classroom quality and consistency. We are looking for educators who can create structured, engaging learning environments while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging toddler classroom
• Support social, emotional, language, and motor development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and structured daily routines
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
• Build positive relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must meet Tennessee DHS background check requirements
• Completion of required state orientation and annual training hours
• Previous childcare experience or ECE coursework preferred

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
