Assistant Project Manager​/Estimator

This role provides essential support with estimating, project coordination, documentation, and communication between field teams, vendors, and management. As an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator, you will assist with preparing estimates, coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and maintaining communication across internal and external teams. You will help ensure projects run smoothly by supporting documentation, scheduling, material tracking, and field coordination.

• Assist with preparing commercial roofing estimates and project proposals
• Support Project Managers with project coordination and documentation
• Track job progress, schedules, and material needs
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Maintain organized project files, reports, and documentation
