Cinematographer

Location: Collierville, TN (Senior Living Community)

We’re looking for an experienced videographer to lead a small, on-location shoot capturing testimonial-style and lifestyle footage with seniors in a senior living community.

You will be responsible for full technical execution: framing, lighting, and audio capture. We need someone who can create warm, natural, documentary-style footage in real environments — not overproduced, not corporate-stiff.

• Bring and operate professional camera equipment
• Provide and manage full mic setup (lav + backup audio preferred)
• Provide and manage lighting (portable key/fill setup suitable for residential rooms)
• Frame and compose interview shots
• Capture clean, natural b-roll
• Ensure high-quality audio in quiet indoor environments
• Direct subjects lightly for comfort and clarity
• Deliver organized raw footage (and optionally basic selects)

You must provide:

• Professional camera capable of 4K capture
• External audio recorder
• Lavalier microphone setup (wired or wireless)
• Tripod and stabilization equipment

• Demonstrated experience filming interviews and testimonial-style content
• Strong understanding of lighting in natural/residential environments
• Comfortable working with older adults
• Able to operate independently with minimal crew
• Professional, calm presence on-site
