United Recovery and Remarketing is seeking a detail oriented person for an immediate opening as a Consumer Relations Rep at our headquarters in Collierville, TN. This position pays up to $18 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15-5:15pm.

• Enter, track, and manage claims using Customer Relationship Management software.
• Provide superior customer service via phone and email to customers, vendors, and clients.
• Communicate claims process to customers.
• Build rapport with our agent and lot staff and our vendor agent network.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly claims meetings.
