Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections & Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Collierville, TN. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience handling collections and account management.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, resolving account issues, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and thoroughly document all account activity.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding balances and work toward prompt resolution of accounts.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and company software systems to track accounts and manage collections activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

• Minimum of 1 year of collections and customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain persistent, organized, and professional when managing outstanding accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer software applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
