We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a manufacturing organization in Collierville, Tennessee on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. This position supports customers throughout the order cycle by handling inquiries, entering and validating orders, and coordinating with internal teams to keep service levels high. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a detail-oriented, customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication across phone, email, and internal systems to provide timely and accurate support.
• Enter, review, and confirm customer orders while ensuring details are complete and aligned with company procedures.
• Address questions related to product information, pricing, inventory availability, and order progress.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and distribution partners to support fulfillment needs and maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers regarding delivery timelines and order status.
• Research service issues, discrepancies, and account concerns, then drive resolution with appropriate internal teams.
• Oversee assigned customer accounts and maintain consistent service quality across a high volume of interactions.
• Use CRM and other business systems effectively to document activity, track requests, and support daily service operations.
