$15.40 to $17.00 per hour

Location: Collierville, TN

Schedule: Monday through Friday

The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Teacher to support children as they learn, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing classroom environment. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and building strong classroom routines.

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for preschool aged children
• Support social, emotional, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
• Implement daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions
• Support age appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times
• Communicate professionally with families, team members, and leadership

• High school diploma required
• Completion of state required ECE training with a minimum of six to twelve units
• Experience in early childhood education preferred but not required
• Passion for working with toddlers and early childhood education
• Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
