The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Teacher to support our Toddler classroom. This is a time sensitive role and plays a key part in maintaining classroom ratios and supporting daily operations.
What You Will Do
* Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions
* Help implement age appropriate curriculum and learning activities
* Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children at all times
* Communicate professionally with team members and center leadership
Requirements
* High school diploma required
* Completion of state required ECE training with a minimum of six to twelve units
* Experience in early childhood education preferred but not required
* Passion for working with toddlers and early childhood education
* Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
