Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA), minimum
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a lead position, preferred
- Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally
- Completes required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard
- Meets background check eligibility and additional state requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
