We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Play Space Attendant to support the daily operations of our fun‑filled indoor play space for children ages 10 and under. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean and safe environment, assist guests and team members, and create an exceptional experience for families—from walk‑in play to private events. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, great with kids and parents, and thrive in a fast‑paced, playful atmosphere.

You’ll play an important role in delivering great customer service while bringing smiles to little faces every day.

Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager

Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

The Play Space Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves supervising children in the play area, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting families, and supporting daily operations.

Guest Experience & Supervision

• Greet families warmly and provide an excellent first impression
• Monitor children at all times to ensure safe and appropriate play
• Enforce play space rules in a friendly, calm, and professional manner
• Assist parents and children as needed during play

Safety & Cleanliness

• Conduct hourly safety checks of all play equipment
• Report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately to management
• Perform ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of play areas, restrooms, and common spaces
• Follow all health and safety protocols

Operations & Support

• Assist with admissions, waivers, memberships, and basic POS transactions
• Set up and break down for parties, events, and special programs
• Restock supplies and maintain organized play areas
• Support team members and managers with daily tasks

Brand & Culture

• Represent the Jumpin’ Jellybeans brand with positivity and professionalism
• Create a joyful, inclusive, and family‑friendly atmosphere
• Uphold company policies, values, and customer service standards

• Must be at least 16 years old (or per state labor laws)
• Experience working with children preferred (daycare, camps, babysitting, teaching, etc.)
• Friendly, energetic, and dependable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and attentive in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
