Part-time, weekends. Parties run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — you’ll work at least one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday, your pick, doesn’t have to be the same day every week). Hours vary week to week, roughly 5-15 hours.

Do you light up a room? Are you the friend who plans the party, keeps the group on schedule, and somehow makes everyone feel taken care of at the same time? We’re looking for a Birthday Party Lead to run the show at The Ninja Gym’s birthday parties, widely known for white-glove service that keeps families coming back.

This isn’t a call-it-in job. You’re the difference between a good party and a five-star party. You lead the team, you solve problems the second they come up, and you make sure every single party is an unforgettable experience for the birthday kid, their friends, and their parents.

No experience needed, this role is fully trainable. Training is 3-6 shifts over 2-3 weekends, and we’re hiring now.

• Good with kids — it’s their party. You know how to read a room of ten 7-year-olds and keep the energy right.
• Good with teenagers — you’re overseeing a crew of 2-5 party hosts and making sure they’re executing at 100%, every party, no exceptions.
• Good with parents — they’re your customer. Clear, warm, professional communication, especially in the moment if something goes sideways.

• Available to work at least one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Clear, confident communicator
• Outgoing, high-energy, unafraid to be silly
• Willing to go above and beyond, this role sets the tone for the whole party experience

• Lead and oversee a crew of 2-5 Birthday Party Hosts, ensuring the team performs at 100% throughout the event
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents on the day of the party: before, during, and after
• Keep every party running on time and on script
• Solve problems in real time, you’re the one who handles it when something doesn’t go as planned
• Share and enforce Ninja Gym safety rules
• Lead games, teach ninja skills, oversee free play, and guide participants through the course as needed
• Share information about The Ninja Gym’s offerings with parents
• Jump in wherever needed to make sure the party is a 5-star experience
