The Release Specialist will efficiently and accurately coordinate releases and transports with customers, clients, auctions and transporters. This individual will also be responsible for clerical duties within the unit.

• ? Communicate effectively with clients, auctions, transporters, customers, affiliates, and
  branches via email and/or phone with regard to release, redemption, inventory, and storage
  issues
• ? Understand and assist in implementing procedures set forth by senior management.
• ? Create releases for both debtors and transporters in RePros for all branches and affiliates
• ? Look for ways in which we can make the release, redemption, and inventory process work
  more efficiently
• ? Must know individual branch release hours and what constraints each may have.

• ? 1 year repossession knowledge a plus
• ? High school diploma or equivalent
• ? 1 year data entry experience
