Open availability required, including Saturdays You will report to the Service Manager.

What You'll DoPromote communication between customers and technicians

Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services

Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs

Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish

Communicate additional service needs based on inspections

Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage

Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates

What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor experience

Automotive technician background

Deliver high-quality customer support3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance

Team-oriented

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
