We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and self‑motivated person, responsible for leading the Collierville factory finance team and business partnering to deliver operating results for the company.
The role includes overseeing the monthly close & forecast process, annual plan, variance analysis, KPI tracking & reporting, identifying and driving factory productivity, and providing overall management support.
Key Responsibilities- Finance site leader and business partner to the Collierville operations leader.
- Provide leadership, while working in partnership with the plant leadership team to drive year‑over‑year plant productivity across labor, burden and cost of poor‑quality metrics.
- Lead the annual business plan cycle, including the establishment of financial targets, metrics, and guidelines; calendar of submissions and reviews; coordination of functional team submissions.
- Manage, direct and coordinate the monthly financial close and forecast, weekly productivity reporting, with a focus on leading the site team to achieve their financial commitments and driving countermeasures where needed.
- Lead project‑based financial analysis and modeling to support profitability and productivity projects.
- Partner with Carrier’s Cost Accounting Center‑of‑Excellence on cost accounting and E&O activities for the site.
- Responsible for internal controls, fixed assets and all Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements including documentation, testing and remediation efforts.
- Ensure preparation of financial information is in accordance with GAAP and prepares company for internal & external audits.
- Provide oversight and direction to plant finance team employees with a focus on their development and supporting the needs of the factory.
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of finance experience OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of finance experience.
- 2+ years in a hands‑on operations environment in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven experience in financial operations, FP&A, manufacturing finance, and cost accounting.
- Demonstrated success driving year‑over‑year productivity improvements in an operations environment.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise.
- Ability to lead, develop, and influence teams across the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proven ability to solve problems quickly and exceed expectations.
- Results‑oriented with a bias for action and the ability to execute with speed.
- Strong experience working in cross‑functional and matrixed environments.
The annual salary for this position is between $ - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
