Base pay range
: $36.00/hr - $54.00/hr
- Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
- Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on speech therapy matters.
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows.
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensed Speech Therapist and registered with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed in applicable state
- Total Compensation:
Ranging from $37-$46/hour, includes base pay and bi-weekly bonuses (tiered by experience and competency). - Clinician-Designed Bonus:
Bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload. - Paid Time Off: 29 days (20 vacation, 7 holidays, 2 for professional development).
