Base pay range
: $36.00/hr - $54.00/hr

• Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on speech therapy matters.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows.

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current licensed Speech Therapist and registered with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed in applicable state

• Total Compensation:
  Ranging from $37-$46/hour, includes base pay and bi-weekly bonuses (tiered by experience and competency).
• Clinician-Designed Bonus:
  Bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload.
