We are hiring immediately for a full‑time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position at Fed Ex – 50 Fed Ex Parkway, Collierville, TN 38017.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm. Pay range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Must be willing to clean, stock, and interact with guests. Internal employee referral bonus available.
Maintains kitchen work areas, keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it into designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with banquet table and front‑of‑house set up.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and product.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
