Staffing Coordinator

Rate:$15/hr on 1099

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to support daily staffing operations. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating employee schedules, filling open shifts, communicating with staff and clients, maintaining accurate staffing records, and ensuring appropriate coverage to meet operational needs.

• Coordinate and maintain employee work schedules and shift assignments.
• Fill open shifts and manage last-minute staffing needs.
• Communicate schedule changes, assignments, and expectations to employees.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and staffing coverage.
• Work closely with managers, supervisors, employees, and clients to resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate employee and staffing records.
• Assist with onboarding and scheduling new employees.
• Track staffing levels and identify potential coverage gaps.
• Respond promptly to employee and client inquiries.
• Ensure staffing activities follow company policies and procedures.
• Prepare staffing reports and provide updates to management.
• Support recruitment and employee retention efforts as needed.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Perform other administrative and staffing-related duties as assigned.
