As our Ecommerce Site Merchandising Specialist
, you will be the architect of our online shopping experience. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end site merchandising strategy, ensuring our product catalog is optimized, discoverable, and driving growth.
This role is a blend of data-driven strategy and creative execution. You will use site analytics to identify shopper trends and turn those insights into high-converting customer journeys across our category pages, search results, and seasonal campaigns. At Clear Bags, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the packaging industry, and this seat is vital to ensuring our customers find exactly what they need to succeed.
For the first three months, this role requires a primarily in-office presence to support onboarding, training, and team collaboration. Following this initial period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule, with a requirement of 2–5 days in the office per week.
Who You Are- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and curious - able to recognize inconsistencies in data and proactively identify solutions
- Passionate about the customer journey and digital shopping experience
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and departments
- A self starter who is motivated to proactively work through complex issues and take initiative to solve problems.
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising or marketing preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Merchandising or related field
- Experience working with Adobe Commerce, Net Suite, or analytics tools (GA4) is a plus

- The compensation range for this position is $20–$29 per hour. Starting pay is typically aligned with experience and qualifications and is generally expected to fall within the lower to mid portion of the range.
