Job Summary
Provide expert leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data, including disparate data, enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, and initiatives. Lead staff in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, ensemble modeling, and advanced statistical techniques; use database tools and other quantitative analysis approaches for complex business situations. Create and implement solutions from concept to fully tested production, communicating results to a broad range of audiences.
Mentor less senior staff, lead cross‑functional projects and programs, and routinely work on multiple highly complex assignments concurrently.

- Communicate findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop solutions from concept to fully tested production.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Bachelor’s required; Master’s may offset up to two years of experience).
- Seven (7) years of experience solving analytics problems through data science techniques, including measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics.
- Demonstrated superior analytical skills with diverse data types and statistical software.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to design mathematical algorithms employing predictive and machine‑learning models.
- Ability to understand how new tools or methodology can be implemented to solve business problems.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
- Proficiency with programming languages Python, Scala, Java, R, C++, or other modern languages.
- Strong working experience with SQL, big‑data technologies, and UNIX‑based environments.
- Experience with Hadoop, Splunk, Hive, No
SQL, Spark, Kafka, or graph database technologies. - Expertise in data cleansing, data quality assessment, and analytics for data assessment.
- Understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms.
- Experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as scikit‑learn, XGBoost, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, MLlib, MLflow, Databricks, plus ETL concepts and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI.
Domicile:
Collierville, TN. The position may also be based anywhere within the United States, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be provided based on business needs.
- US pay range: $8,007.29 per month – $18,149.85 per month.
