Roadside Repairs​/Storage Processing Associate

Work schedule

Hours:

Monday through Friday, generally 9am-6pm

Position Overview:

Administration of over the road (OTR) repairs for IILS trucking clients during the extended coverage hours. Assist as needed with all other regular daily activities of the Driver Services department especially during the extended hours of coverage.

Important Job Functions

* Fielding of incoming calls and emails for Driver Services Road Side Repair Desk.

* Coordination of OTR repairs (including My Truck participants), from initial contact to vendor payment and recovery

* Review and processing of all repair vendor payables (including EFS issuance) and recovery

* Maintaining SSL OTR policies and procedures to insure compliance.

* Assist with broadening the Vendor Network for OTR repairs.

Job Functions during Extended Hours

* Assist with fuel card issues.

* Storage payments with appropriate approvals.

* Assist with payroll and escrow advances with appropriate approvals.

* Assist with MY TRUCK repair approvals and payments.

Other Job Functions

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, SSL's, and drivers

* Assist with research and processing of 3rd party invoices.

* Other duties as assigned

* Logistics experience is a plus, not required

* Customer Service experience is preferred

* Dedication of learning
