The salary range for Memphis, TN. is:
Minimum: $4,600.74, Mid: $5,980.96, Maximum: $7,361.18. The salary range for Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA. is:
Minimum: $4,842.88, Mid: $6,295.74, Maximum: $7,748.61

Under close supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.

• Responsibilities may include: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice for the organization in the definition development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
• Provide system and network support.
• Maintain training content and end user communications.
• May participate in monitoring, documenting and testing effectiveness of system controls and project teams.
• Support more senior staff in enterprise initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

One (1) year experience in finance, payroll, accounting or related field.

• Analytical skill including quantitative business problem solving.
• Knowledge of business software, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
• Quantitative business problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Systems & Data: ERP configuration, data modeling, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Business Partnering:
  Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Governance & Risk:
  Core understanding of IT governance, SOX compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Continuity:
  Knowledge of disaster recovery and system resilience.
