10+ years of experience in handling diversified testing portfolio with focus on solutions in line with digital tenets, Agile framework, cloud testing

Experience in test manager to deliver with large teams, operational focus, drive innovation and solution mindset. Lead large teams, managing large portfolios of work covering multiple projects / program simultaneously. Deliver to time, cost and quality consistently across projects

Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, Escalate critical risks Implement clear Test Strategies and audit and risk control policies across teams

Bring innovation and value adds in line with industry trends and client needs Proficient in contracts, RFE responses, over test solutions and test transformations.

Having very good Verbal and Written communication Skills and Presentation skills Provides project leadership to meet identified business goals and objectives.

Able to communicate to senior management, business partners, and group/team with the appropriate information at each level

Must keep team informed of goals, how they align with the department's goals, and changes that impact the group/team

Responsible for financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands

Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
