The role of IT Support Specialist is to perform technical work installing, diagnosing, testing, evaluating, maintaining, and repairing desktop computers, peripheral devices, voiceover IP and mobile phones; as well as provide technical support for users in operating systems, application software, network interruptions, and in the use of software tools including diagnostic utilities and debugging tools. The performance of these duties may require some light travel to various departments around the Town of Collierville.

Here is what you need to be considered for the position of IT Support Specialist
:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; supplemented by two (2) years of previous experience and/or training in computer systems management; OR

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
