Sr Corporate Financial Systems Analyst

Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting. Responsibilities include leading project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading technical research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases. Communication of governance and support policies to all levels of management and the development and presentation of executive level communications.

Monitors the effectiveness of system controls, identifies process improvement and communicates recommendations. Mentor less senior staff.

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field. Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Strong analytical skills. Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment. Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP), including P2P, R2R, Tax and period end Accounting close, Familiarity with integration tools, including APIs, REST, SOA, FTP, EDI processes for data connectivity and automation, Understanding of governance, compliance standards, and audit readiness requirements, Experience evaluating trade-offs involving customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization.

This is a hybrid position located in [City, State]. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the Fed Ex campus location several times per week The desired locations for this position would be Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA.

The pay range for Memphis, TN:
Min. $6,511.62, Mid. $8,627.89, Max. $10,744.16. The pay range for Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA:
Min. $6,854.33, Mid. $9,081.99, Max. $11,309.65
