Job Overview
Pay Range: $19hr - $24hr
Requirement/Must Have- 5+ years of experience in desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable.
- Manage and resolve end user equipment-related issues efficiently.
- Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
