We are looking for an experienced Oracle OTM Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in transportation and logistics solutions. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle Transportation Management, supporting integrations, and providing functional and application support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze transportation and logistics business requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Configure and implement Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and support transportation processes including planning, execution, shipment management, and freight settlement
. - Work with technical teams to support integrations between OTM, ERP, WMS, and other enterprise systems
. - Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution
. - Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and provide go-live and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Analyze existing transportation processes and recommend improvements using OTM capabilities.
- Collaborate with business users, logistics teams, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of the OTM application.
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle OTM configuration and transportation processes
. - Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into OTM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with OTM integrations with ERP, WMS, and other systems.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support
. - Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
. - Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams
