Assoc Data Analyst

In this hybrid role based in Collierville, TN, you will support business decision-making by designing and implementing data and text mining processes that analyze structured and unstructured information. The position focuses on using current and emerging technologies to identify trends and produce actionable insights for management.

You will design and implement processes and solutions for data and text mining and analysis across structured and unstructured data. You will apply current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends, develop recommendations, and support informed business decisions.

• Examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources to gain insight into key business deliverables.
• With guidance, use current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Learn to use data and statistical and quantitative analysis to support decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, finance, or a related area.
• Demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in analytics software and applications.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Foundational problem solving and insights skills.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of Collierville, TN. The position is hybrid in Collierville, TN.

• Pay range: $5,152.82 to $8,244.54 per month
• Pay level: E24
