Role Description The Commercial Lines Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Collierville, TN. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including policy administration, coverage reviews, and renewal processing. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will handle day-to-day client inquiries, provide responsive customer service, and coordinate with carriers to address coverage, billing, and claims-related issues.

The position also involves preparing proposals, assisting with risk assessments, supporting producers with account marketing, and ensuring all documentation and client records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and core Insurance concepts.
  • Demonstrated Account Management experience with commercial clients, including policy servicing and renewal coordination.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits offerings and how they integrate into broader client risk and coverage strategies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Relevant insurance licenses (such as Property & Casualty) or the ability to obtain required licenses within a designated timeframe.
  • Prior experience in a commercial insurance agency or brokerage environment is preferred.
