Due to our company’s growth, we are now hiring a full-time Field Investigator. In the Field Investigator position, you will drive alate-model, company-issued car in designated areas and locate vehicles that are subject to repossession. You will directly interact with our recovery agents and customers, however you will

NOT physically repossess the vehicle. Each car is equipped within-cab computers so that you always have direct access to your team.

Each vehicle is also equipped with camera technology, which scans other vehicle license plates as you drive. This process helps youlocate vehicles that are subject for repossession by our recovery agents; they handle the actual repossession, not you! You will alsobe issued a company-provided fuel card, so all work-related expenses are paid by UR2. This position pays a base hourly rate with the opportunity to make plenty of bonuses, based on performance, thatcan reasonably average between $14-15/hour.

United offers intensive training for our newly hired Field Investigators at our corporate headquarters in Collierville, TN(travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During thefour day training, you will meet with internal operations that willserve as your support while in the field. You will experience handson training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position andthe tools you will use to succeed.

In the field, you will run routesand make contact - seeing first hand the role of a Field Investigator.

An excellent communicator. Knowledge is power and the ability to clearly communicate that information makes you apower-player in the field.

What you need:

Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test

Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record tobe approved by our insurance

Fuel card to cover gas expenses.

Hourly pay structure with bonus opportunities based on performance.
