Healthcare system looking to bring on Sr. Director Supply Chain! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign On Bonus, and Relocation!
Provides executive leadership direction for administrative operations for system supply chain leaders and coordinates supports and provides leadership to all supply chain business operations. Oversees the strategic sourcing clinical sourcing and purchasing functions. Coordinates and manages strategic business planning. Overall, this position is accountable for portfolio performance, team leadership, and delivering measurable financial outcomes through sourcing strategies.
- Reports to VP Supply Chain
- Leads a team of 8-10 Contract Managers / Directors
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Healthcare Industrial Engineering Healthcare Systems Engineering or Public Administration
- 8+ years experience in healthcare system acute care hospital or healthcare management. and/or related healthcare operations management or consulting
- 5+ years team/department experience in a leadership role
- Experience leading large performance improvement initiatives
