CCL Industries - - Responsibilities:
Sets up and operates Gravure printing press to produce basic to multiple color quality process printing of shrink sleeve labels on rolls of flexible plastic film;
Trains co-workers and new hires to set up, operate and use equipment;
Receives and reviews job jackets, specifications, and customer requirements;
Maintains inks, colors and registration to ensure quality meets specifications;
Constantly monitors and adjusts press for consistent products; ensures product is color-correct, in registration, varnished, etc.
