We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV Certification to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patient care throughout their procedural experience, working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-procedure patient intake, including collecting medical history and vital signs
- Administer medications, including IV therapy, as directed and within scope of practice
- Provide patient education and support before and after procedures
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
- Assist with patient preparation and transitions to the procedure area
- Support post-procedure care, including monitoring recovery and discharge readiness
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Primarily weekday hours
- Occasional Saturdays required
