Salary and Compensation

Hourly wage is $20-$33 per hour and will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums of $0.35-$3.00 per hour, which may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums can apply.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift over 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
