Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer using Kirkland’s customer service model and assist with all aspects of operations and merchandising.;
Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and/or cleaning.;
Actively engages with all customers modeling exceptional selling behaviors.;
Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.;
Educates customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and merchandise assortment to support building the basket.
