Sales Representative Jumpin Jellybeans Boutique Play Space Jumpin Jellybeans Boutique Play Space is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow birthday party bookings, memberships, group events, and community partnerships across our locations. This full-time role includes working in-store, in the community, and remotely to connect families and organizations with the Jumpin Jellybeans experience.
Role Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through community outreach, lead follow-up, partnership development, and in-store sales conversations. This role requires someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping families discover a fun and welcoming place for their children to play.
Key
Duties & Responsibilities Sales & Bookings Promote and sell birthday parties, memberships, private events, and group visits
Follow up with inquiries from phone, website, and in-store guests
Track leads and sales activity
Meet monthly sales goals
Community Outreach Build relationships with schools, churches, homeschool groups, and local businesses
Coordinate fundraiser opportunities and group bookings
Represent Jumpin Jellybeans at community events when needed
In-Store Engagement Speak with families about memberships, events, and party packages
Support the guest experience and help convert visits into bookings
Collaborate with store teams to promote sales opportunities
Administrative Support Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups Provide weekly sales updates
Assist with proposals and partnership communication
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel between Jumpin Jellybeans locations
Ability to work a full-time (40-hour) schedule
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills Sales or customer service experience
Comfortable networking and building community relationships
Organized and self-motivated
Confident speaking with families and community partners
Basic computer and email skills
Passion for working in a family-focused environment
